My best decision yet!

I loved every moment at this hotel! Spotlessly clean rooms, a full kitchenette, and a delightful made-to-order breakfast made my stay extraordinary. The inviting staff and amazing amenities like an outdoor fire pit and game-laden lobby are just a few bonuses. I can’t wait to return for another relaxing getaway!

The rollercoaster I didn’t see coming

I loved the super friendly staff and the lively atmosphere with happy hour perks and games in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast added to the enjoyable experience!

Yet, the accessibility to downtown was limited, making outings a bit inconvenient. The breakfast options could have been improved for those needing gluten-free choices.

The Element Chattanooga East features a beautifully modern decor, with spacious and accessible common areas that made my stay comfortable. I especially enjoyed the welcoming lobby environment and cozy spaces where I could relax and mingle.

More gluten-free breakfast options would be appreciated.

We just had a fantastic two-night stay. The heated pool and comfy sun loungers really helped us unwind after a busy day exploring. A little extra towel hook in the bathroom would be handy, but that didn’t take away from our awesome experience! ☀️

The beds were super comfy, making it a cozy stay! Enjoyed the spacious room with a kitchenette. Breakfast had great options. Just wish the WiFi was better for streaming. 😊

The King Guest Room was plenty spacious for us. The bed was super comfy, and we loved that the room stayed cool the whole time. The bathroom was a standout—really gorgeous and the shower was great. There was also a kitchenette, which was a nice touch, and lots of storage for our stuff.

The gym facilities stood out and made for an excellent workout. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff at the front desk were helpful when we needed local recommendations. On top of this, we appreciated the eco-friendly initiatives that the hotel embraced.

We experienced a frustrating issue during check-in due to unclear communication about our payment.

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the made-to-order pancakes. The kitchenette in my room was super helpful for quick snacks, but I wished for a streaming TV setup. I'd totally come back!

the tv didn’t work well for streaming but the kitchenette was super useful with a fridge and microwave. loved having a pool area to chill and the breakfast was awesome with made-to-order eggs.
